ooo i know how you feel... my little tegu is an escape artist as well. remember to look in the most unexpected places, often closest to the cage. check places that would be somewhat warm, dark, and/or quiet. thats all the advice i can give you, though, so good luck! you will find them eventually, dont worry.

As long as they didn't leave the house you should be able to find them, but yeah, check your bed sheets too, anywhere they get burrow under, like in the laundry hamper or in the closet, I'd check pillow cases too.

If you can't find them right away remember: watch where you step, and they'll be hungry in a day or two. The last time I had a Tegu go MIA I used a can of salmon and a baby monitor to get him. He was MIA for about a week. You know under your sink at the bottom of the cabinet? Theres usually a cut out for ventilation, thats where mine was hiding...under the cabinet. I opened the salmon halfway and set it in the middle of the floor, when I walked up on him a tried to bolt but couldnt get anywhere because he had no traction on the tile floor lol. I once heard that for the first few days they are always pretty close to their cage.

They love soft or fuzzy things, I have this green jacket that mine likes to sleep in, its too small for me so hey, its hers now.
