I get excited about all the pics of new hatchlings this time of year, but I wanted to share a pic of the pastel special (het crystal) female that I picked up from Tom Baker last year.

She has gorgeous yellow color with amazing blushing. She eats whenever offered and is now tipping the scales at 1175 grams.

What do you think I should breed to her?

Alice, undoubtedly your best pairing for such a STUNNING girl would be to send her my way for a Caramel Mojave pairing!!lol

If you have a Special or Special combo male when she is ready -- I would go that route -- go for the Super!!! All the luck with whatever choice you make.

We just acquired a breeder male Pastel Crystal (1350 gram) from Jon's Jungle. Like yourself, we are trying to figure out what to breed him to. Of course we have several mojave females and also pastels, but thinking about to our champagne? Would love to breed it to a jigsaw or even a mojave bee, unfortunately, we don't have any of these, LOL. Put her to a combo male with mojave in it so you can produce a crystal or pastel crystal!! Awesome animals, too bad we were not close to each other, we could breed them to each other and WOW, what a clutch we would have!! Best of luck.
