but I can give you my interpretation of them. Be aware, though, that I'm not a lawyer and this is just my interpretation of the legal situation. Missouri changed and/or re-wrote a significant section of its laws pertaining to captive and wild animals. For example, many species of song birds (i.e. Finches) became illegal to own in the State. Along those same lines, it became illegal to collect most native reptiles and amphibians without a proper permit. As far as I'm aware, any stock collected prior to these changes in regulation would necessarily be grandfathered in. This would generally have to include their offspring. So, if the animals you have are captive bred from stock collected prior to the late 1990's (1999, I believe) or with a permit, they should be legal. It's a similar situation to Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, etc. I haven't read the MO regulations in quite a while, so there may be some restrictions on shipping native species back into the state.
