hmmmm very curious to see what this snake looks like in a year, but right now not quite what I expected, don't get me wrong it's a pretty snake with great potiential for future, personally it looks a lot like the cinnabee to me, but could just be the light, pic ect. and I could be totally off. Either way its a cool cross that I don't remember seeing yet, congrats!

I hatched out a couple spider/fires a few weeks ago. The babies don't look extremely different than spiders. Just a little paler across the top with less pattern and more blushing along the sides. First is a fire & spider. Second is all three.

Pangead would like to see some more pictures?? I hatched 4 "spiderflys" .would like to see more pics of yours next to normal spiders.
If the question is, is your animal a Spider Het Black Eyed Lucy, I would say yes. Now, this is based on the two Sulfur Spiders I hatched in 08. If you hatch out a Sulfur or Fire Spider and a regular Spider, the difference should be obvious. My Sulfur Spiders both had a golden color where a Spider is usually brown. My female has kept her golden coloring into adulthood. The male was sold to a breeder in AZ, and based on the recent pictures I have seen of him, he still is a stunning animal too.
This pic should show a Sulfur Spider and normal Spider.
