Who cares where it is from! I just care where it can go and that would be my house
Brazil. If its not from there, Suriname, or either Guyana, I won't believe your answer...
Killer redtail!
EVERGLADES!
Hah...just thinkin' "curveball"...
produced by Brian Sharp
Back in 2004 before Brian Sharp got out of Boaconstrictors, he exchanged this photo with me while he was buying three Guyana laddertails from me at the time (by the way the three were siblings to the one Adam C. has now and to the male reverse stripe JB bred). When I first saw the photo (actually have a couple more photos of her), I thought that just may be my favorite BCC ever. That is the look I like best. Brian said that Mike Wilbanks produced this female from an albino Colombian male bred to a rather dark Suriname female, which was not a laddertail. She produced mostly slugs and preemies, but of the eight live babies, all female, about half were LTs. So much for knowing your BCC country of origin. That thing is 50% Colombian! I would not have had a clue.
boas? I always thought the rosswells were nothing more than a super genetic laddertail.
How are your laddertail guyanas doing ? When you gonna let us know where they came from ?
I have no idea. I do not know much about the Roswells. There is nothing secret about those Guyanas it just I know there is another pair out there and I do not think they know what they have and I do not need any competion in trying to obtain them if the chance arises. I am greedy when it comes to these. They are my dream boas.
I'm going to say north Brazil only because you said we would be surprised. Someone said the everglades and if thats true I will be visiting there soon(LOL).
I would guess its got some Columbian in it! I maybe wrong.
Shame if it has been crossed, although it's a beautifull boa it just goes to show how you can't tell off a picture and that anyone could label it a pure BCC for extra $$$$.

You are mistaken and possibly thinking of the wrong bloodline. The animal pictured was advertised by Brian Sharp as 50% suri het albino , and was matriarch to alot of the 50% suri albinos you see today. They were not sold as BCC.
