Ghostly Goodness

A group of hatchlings today from a vanishing pattern striped ghost X vanishing pattern striped ghost.

Here's the clutch - there's three or four that still haven't hatched out yet:

Nice babies! Are you expecting the babies to look pretty much like the parents? I wasn't aware of a vanishing pattern in corns. I know there are some in Milk snakes. Those are very interesting for sure.

The baby pattern fades and breaks up a bit. I expect some to look very much like their parents, while others with more pattern will look like traditional striped/motley ghosts. I work with vanishing pattern Hondurans too (pic below).

I have a female Crazy hondo that looks like a VP, but she has looked this way since I got her. It doesn't appear to be losing anymore pattern than it always had?

My girls did that same thing this year, pushed all their nice moss aside and laid their eggs on the plastic... The parents are beautiful and babies so cute! Congrats!
