Joe, I will try and explain it, its quite simple...
Once they leave the eggs, all and I mean all CH baby ball pythons are analysed under a magnifying glass for any obscure anomalie and when these are found, they go into a special bin to be sold for a small premium over all other normal ball pythons.
No special ball pythons with anomalies or markers are shipped in lots of 12, 48, 50 or 10,000 out of Afrika.
All the hot stuff, new and or obviously genetic is offered to the big boys and the one with the best offer gets the trophy, mind you he/she needs to import it from Afrika without getting scammed..
Its just not like it used to be, hot stuff does not make it over here in the big baby lot imports every year, you must be connected for the Hot stuff.
