Found my first 2010 BRB's this morning and is an awesome sight. I believe one of first times (if not the very first time) an Anery BRB was mated to another Anery BRB. She was due in a week by my calendar but according to hers this was just the right day. Full term, nice healthy litter of ALL aneries!!!!
Over the last few years I've had a few litters deposited in the water bowl and as a safety measure I leave an inverted clay dish in the bowl and low water lever to give the babies the capability to get out on their own. Of course, this litter was dropped in the water bowl!!
Two had already left the water bowl and cruising the cage with mom.
First thing to do was remove the clay dish and dump out all the water I could into a tub. A couple of babies slipped through with the water and yuck...

That left most of the babies, slugs and yuck still in the water bowl....

Here are all the babies all cleaned up...

And a little closeup showing the colors....

I showed them to my wife and she asked what they were. I said BRB's and she replied, no, really, what are they?? They look soooo different.
My first aneries and wow they look so cool as neos...
Total of 12 babies and 8 slugs and mom is just fine.
