Surprise...Surprise....Surprise

I bought this 2005 Grazani Jungle Pastel Girl last summer from a guy who had her as a baby and did not take care of her. He said she was a picky eater. When I got her she weighed about 800 grams and looked like a gopher snake. I got her to about 2200 grams on mice because that is all she eats. I tried breeding her all winter but she was not interested. She stopped eating two weeks ago so I threw in my TSK Super Pastel who in all honesty would lock up with a stick. I got this little glimmer this morning and was really pleased that she is trying. It really feels good to get a really poorly kept snake and give it a chance of being something special. I also thought she was one of the prettiest pastels I had ever seen. I just loved her blushing and now it even looks better since she has put on some weight.

Regards,
Bill Rubin

I'm in a similar boat. I got an '07 female back from a dude I traded her to...and she is 530 grams. Her feeding response is awesome...he just didn't frickin' feed her.
So I am putting some weight on her now...HOPING for this season...but we'll see.
She's eating like a champ though.

Good luck!

It'll be especially fun if she throws pewters or bumblebees...since I have wanted both for YEARS. Haha.
