Lighting

PhunkeyPhish Aug 04, 2010 05:55 PM

Just moved my snakes under my bed to clear up some room for an African Grey I'm adopting this weekend (woohoo, sweet freebie). Anyways, some natural light gets under the bed cause the bed is lofted about a foot above the ground, but just wondering if I should put a fluorescent light or something under there for some additional lighting. Thanks!

no need that type of light does nothing anyway.balls live in racks all their lives a little natural light is good just pull them out and let them get light, you would have to use uvb bulbs anyway.

oh, well i didn't mean a uvb source, i know they don't need that... just a light source of some sort for light/dark cycle.
