hey everyone i was wondering if anyone could help me out. i have 13 ball pythons right now. 1.4 normal, 1.0 spider, 1.3 pastels, 1.2 het albinos. but i used to have a red blood python before katrina and kind of been wanting to get another one. but i want to make sure i can learn as much as i can before i go and get one again. are they alot different from taking care of ball pythons or are they similar. i know they stay about the same size as the balls but i just thought id ask you guys what yall think before i did something like that. oh and one more question how does the 2 snakes differ in temper. are the red bloods a lil more feisty? the one i used to have never tried to bite me or anything, but who knows. anyways thanks again.

There is a Blood Python forum on Kingsnake. But, to answer a couple of questions, they like it humid, they are definitely more fiesty than Balls in general. They do get bigger, especially heavier, than Balls as well. I like Bloods, I have had several, they come second only to Balls. Just my opinion.

i was going to post that on the blood python forums as well when i got back from the gas station, gotta prepare for the football game tonight! haha. but yea i like how they look and everything. they are beautiful.
