I know I'm challenged, but could someone help me out. I have a folder, I've uploaded pictures, but I can't see how to post a picture in the "photos". Could someone give me a little direction?

thanks,
mike

1) click on "upload photos"

2) it will ask you to log on or, sign up

3)To post photos from your computer click "browse"

4) a window with your document files will pop up. Search thu them and find the photo you want to upload and double click it.

5)Enter a Title for the photo and upload it.

6) if the photo file is too large you will have to use some photo editing program to reduce the size. I can do it right from the Picture viewing program that opens my pictures.

Posting Pictures from another site like Photobucket.

*This is my prefered way to post photos onto Kingsnake "FORUMS"!

1) Upload photos to Photobucket or some similar photo storage site

2) when posting on forums, go to the photo site and find the IMG code for the photo you wish to appear in the post of any forum.

3) copy that IMG code usually found below the desired photo. Then Paste it onto the actual body area of your post. It will not look like a picture yet, just the code in letters.

4) Before posting the comment with photo embedded, click "preview" to be sure you did it right before you actually post it.

5) If all looks well, go ahead and post it!

I put this together to illustrate the use of tags, properly known as Bulletin Board Code, you could Google that and learn how to use tags for resizing pictures, color text and all the bells and whistles it is capable of in most internet forums. Just remember, there is always a way to preview your post, if you do that every time, there is no excuse for it not appearing exactly as you saw it in the preview. If it isn’t right, correct it and preview again before finally posting. It is very easy once you get the basics down.
This is actually an image too:
