Didn't go as well as I thought it would, but I think that's because I was trying to get too close. Well, these turned out ok and a lot of others didn't... lol
beautiful animal and the color didn't quite come through like I was hoping, but I think it's a pretty decent pic.

Another Biak (I think). This one was absolutely SMOKING. Killer red with just amazing yellow contrast that didn't come through in the pic like it should have.

I'll get the hang of it one of these days...
I think the key to taking GTP pics is natural sunlight. Sunny day, in the shade and the pics should be soooo much better.

Actually, I thought I posted that they were in the collection of Kevin and Charlotte Barnett, but I just checked and apparently I forgot to put that in there. So... these are animals at ectothermics. Sorry K&C :-D
