Key West Boas at ten months...

boaphile Aug 12, 2010 09:23 AM

I thought I would post some pictures of a few of the Key West Boas which are now ten month old. The REALLY have pulled in a TON of the color that their Pastel Mother has. Not that the Daddy is slouch by any means, but these are going off the charge orange!

What do you people think about how these puppies are turning out?

Do those Key West boa's have any hypomelanistic in them? I really like how they have a strong BCC feel to them also. Where abouts did this pattern morph originate? Are they DOMINATE OR CO-DOMINATE. They seem to blow ARAB's and MOTS out of the water with over all looks!!! Just my opinion . Beautiful pics

Zero blood from any of the Hypo bloodlines.

More impressive with every shed

Jeff those are so amazing to look at, I always have to pick my jaw off the floor. The color, the pattern and most importantly the future. I see nothing but boa's that will bring a grown man to his knee's in awe and wonder. Hand's down one of the most beautiful morph's in existence. Thank's for taking the time to both torture and amaze us with your baby's. Take care and best of luck to come. Andrew

So whats the bloodline on these? They look like BCC x BCI.

dan80woma Aug 13, 2010 01:43 PM

Key west are pure BCI. No BCC See roswell boa

boaphile Aug 13, 2010 01:58 PM

That's how some of them look color wise Coach. They all have that pattern. That is what the mutation is. Here is a sibling of that animal to show what that animal would look if it didn't have the Key West mutation.
