Hi John, the problem is your question, you see working with does not equate to having lacies to sell you. So you normally get no responce.
The problem with varanids is time, If I recieved eggs today, it would be well into 2011 if they hatched before I would sell any. By that time, you most likely would have moved on to something else.
To answer your question, I nor anyone have knowledge of has lacie eggs at this time. I hope someone does, I just do not know of anyone. Cheers

Hi Frank,
Thanks for the reply but I am inquiring now anticipating the wait as it will take me a little while to get the enclosure set up and ready. The only person that I can find with a pair is Prehistoric Pets but he is thinking his male is to old therefore making him wonder if he is going to get any eggs from the pair.
I am hoping that someone will chime in and say they have some eggs cooking. If not, I guess I continue to wait and search.
Thanks,
John
I don't know what the going rate for baby lacies is. I've seen adults sell for 1200 to 1500 USD.
You simply require they put a non-refundable deposit down on them until they hatch. That seperates the flakes from the commited. It works for selling other animals like say dogs.
So does anyone have babies or fertile eggs to put a deposit down on? I think that is the question in the states. Cheers
LOL well don't you? You have adults apparently.
I hatched over a hundred lacies, but a few years ago I stopped incubating the eggs. I may start up again.
So there are still a few out there, I know of at least 7 adult females around the states. But do not know of anyone incubating eggs. I sure hope somebody is. Cheers

Hi Frank,
Please go dig some up!!!! That was my thought process, that if you hatched over a hundred a while ago there has to be some incubating somewhere... now if only I could find them.
Thank you
John
