No, he is going to tell you 'no, just a 'lookalike'

bereal Aug 15, 2010 12:34 PM

But this looks like 2 drops of water the same mutation!

SO,,Is the Raptor not a new thing??

That would not be a nice thing to do.

Hey Toine,,,,

I have got more pictures of animals that have similarities, and I must admit some are close. I have to say: breedings always tell more

Like Zenzinia just said, these imperator animals really look like my Raptors. Actually I even did buy some Peru Imperators from Maug because I also saw they looked like my project.

After keeping them a while I have sold them because I don't believe they are genetically the same.

BUT! Off course I can not proof that. The reason why I think they are not the same is because they don't have the same markers. The only way to find out is to breed them and see what you'll get.

Oke i understand....But WOW what a great look you guys have there

Its not the same thing...but just looks the same...

Can you tell us what the "markers" are?

Actually I can not tell if it is something alike the Raptors. They have similarities and that is why I bought some of them.

After a while I decided to let the Peruvians go, because of the lacking markers and I wasn't able to do two boaprojects. If I need to try out every line that has CBLT patterns, I guess I need to have 10x the space, 10x more time & 10x more money. LOL

Anyway, the next video I am making is about the markers, so please wait for a little while

Thanks

Eabele.

Since it's in a book for sometime now, all the informations I asked in the previous posr yesterday must be ready. Since you are talking about the markers I, off course forgot to add the markers of the hets and homozygotes that make them different from the "lookalike".

""Origine, history breedings done with pics,, size of the adults, ...are missing. May be the web site isn't finished or these informations are allready in the 'book'. Every body doesn't have the book !
I am found of babies in the 'goo 'and some much more than me, any pics of super, hets and wild type together in the goo or hets and super ?

Thanks.""

Not sure why you are getting so much baggage from such an interesting pattern variation- keep it up all the same. It's your line and that's that. I do like Arabesques(which based on you breeding trials they seem similar) but I don't doubt Raptor Boas could be an improvement once its dipped into recessive color defects(albino, anerythrism, hypomels and their derivatives).

A (prior) friend of yours spoke on another forum,,,,and told everyone that you shared your secret with him about "your project" and he says that the source of these animals was actually INDEED from the german breeder Reinhold Maugg....

On that forum you told him NO...and then he told you YES.

Whos lying???...and why?

After 10 years of being confused with "The Boaphile"... "Biophiliacs" needs to request a name change from kingsnake

Here's your MTH Hypo I got from you in 2003... I got to get some new shots of her, pushing 9 feet- still as colorful as she ever was.

Keep it Matt, I mean "Biophiliacs". That post was not directed at you thinking you were me at all. He was directing it at one of the previous posts by one of the other people. Not me or you.

That Monster is looking great!!!

You know something... that Monster's Mom is the same female that produced the Key West Boas for me last fall... Interesting huh? She is a fountain of color.

Hey Toine,

All there is to tell about the Peru animals is already in this thread. You are just a jalous Dutch collegue breeder called Toine that is still grumpy because I have asked some serious questions about some of your friends snakes a few years ago.

No problem man, envy is seen more in this hobby

For now I will continue selecting pictures for my next video. I cannot do that tomorrow because I have to work next week.

Cheers
