Coral Albino?

jason Aug 15, 2010 06:10 PM

Let me start by saying I am primarily a ball python person. I had been kicking around the idea of getting a boa for a while (it has been a number of years since I've had any sort of large snake, and I missed having one around). I saw this girl at a show I was vwnding at, and the seller and i worked out a trade. She was labeled as a coral albino. I admit I am virtually clueless when it comes to the different lines/types of albinos in boas, so I wanted to get some opinions-is she a coral, or is she something else?

Hard to say from that pic but I can't see any coraling yet. Some coraling doesn't come out for awhile and some lines of corals are just amazing from the first or second shed and then just keep getting more and more unreal as they go. Keep us updated with shed pics and we'll see how she turns out.

I agree with the post before....when mine was a baby it looked very similar..Then as it starting growing the coral really started to come out specially around head...she looks like someone got a pink brush and swatted spots all over her...to boot she also has the jungle gene..
