VENOMOUS LAW IN MISS.

What are the laws pertaining to venomous herps in Miss.? I keep thinking a permit is required and a friend of mine insist that NO permit is needed...thanks

Mississippi:
Native Venomous: A valid Hunting License is required and no more than 4 specimens of each species or a total of 20 specimens are allowed without a Captive Propagation Permit.
Exotic Venomous: No permit required
Protected Native Venomous: None
