Help Day 45 how are they looking?

I would like to know if they are doing ok at day 45. It is my first cluster of egg ever. They are from het albino to het albino.

Had two clutches this summer didn't look that good on Day 1; both hatched out fine. Interesting looking grate -- what is that?
