I went there on my honey moon and it wasnt a good idea. I was looking at iguanas more than my new wife and she's hot!-lol
Ha it's funny you said that because I was going to mention the same thing for me; I know my husband would've been jealous of all the attention I'd be paying to the Iguanas. Although that was the case in Aruba anyways with the green iguanas.

Details! where in GC did you go what, who did you see, how many. Hows the park, did you see the wild ones? C'mon need more!

I agree! We need more details!
Love the pics! They are amazing!!!!! Thanks for sharing!
That was at the botanical gardens where they breed them{didn't really notice the flowers though}saw maybe 15 wild one in the park, the head warden's name was john what a truly nice guy on the weekends there are no cruise ships this time of year so we were the only ones on the tour was very informal. There was around 30 babies about 2weeks old,he showed all the breeders and history behind each one.didn't make it to the salina reserve where they are now releasing them.there were al least 50 greens that I saw the island is getting overrun with greens.Next year I'm going back but as a volunteer for a week should be awesome, going in august is the cheapest time to go,kind of hot but well worth every drop of sweat.pics.cant do justice seeing them in person was a dream come true. Thanks
the volunteer gig sounds pretty fun. My wife said she would let me do it too as long as I put her up in one of the hotels. Work as a herpetologist during the day and then retire to some nice pad with good food, I can handle that -lol
I'm told that the warden takes people out around the island.should be fun
Enjoy working as a volunteer
Its hard work but a brilliant experience. I loved it!
