1 old golf club, 1 old paint roller.
cut club down so handleless paint roller can slide in.
fill hole with jb weld or liquid nail.
wrap with strond tape.
let it dry and thats it.
It works for my hungry retics.

good ideal but why not just use a telescoping pole for the paint roller?
