Best boa for a classroom

stevenow Aug 21, 2010 10:19 PM

I am a former ball python breeder, got out to have a family but found the wife cheating (beeeatch!), so getting into boas now. I LOVE coral albino boas, but want something my class can handle that will sit and be chill. I need some suggestions. Woma, black head, or BCC?

Let me know, you all are always the best!

Steve

You will find most columbian red tails are friendly their are the few exceptions to that rule but with casual handling they can and will remain calm.

I would say if you like the coral albinos get one. I had a teacher in my 7th grade science class who had a wall of vision cages from retics and Burms to boas and colubrids you can have any of them and the kids in the class I am sure will find them at the least interesting.

My buddy gas a WOMA from Barry Miller and she is the most docile gentle relaxed boa I've ever seen. A complete sweetheart also if you have the money the Boelen python is supposed to be very calm by nature also. Sorry to hear about the lady problems BTW 8(
Take care,
