I want to make sure I am feeding my turtles correctly. I have 2 red ear sliders that are between 1-2 inches. What all should I be feeding them and how often?

i got my RES from Olvera street--$10 and he was only an inch long! i was freaked out by having him and i took him to the petstore to see what to get--they told me he wouldnt last 5 months with me....now it's been 5 years. lol. anyway, i fed him/her (still dont what sex it is) frozen brine shrimp. he loved it.
Well I've always liked a variety of foods. I use reptomin baby for my baby res' but I also give them feeder guppies, frozen brine shrimp and blood worms, Also I give them live plants to munch on. But basically i just try to offer a mixture food sources, it's also up to the individual turtle some can be picky eaters.
