New Neonate Amel HOG

RG Aug 23, 2010 02:16 PM

I picked up this little female hog from Chad @ CF Snakes (thanks Troy @ Rextiles for the lead!).

She (Miss Piggy) has an arranged marriage with Kermit (Normal) in a couple of years!

They are our only Hogs, but I can see why they are so popular...MUCH easier to feed than Easterns!

That's great Rusty! I'm glad that you found a suitable mate for Kermit.

How was Daytona? Did you see a lot of great stuff? Were there any other Western Hognose there that caught your attention?

Thanks again for sharing.

I saw two Axanthics that were seriously awesome!

The guy that had them was Vin Russo...forget the name of the other guy...but they had two Axanthics that totally looked different from the rest (male and female).

For a Hondo guy...it was the difference between an Anery (normal Axanthic) and a Ghost (the ones that Vin Russo had).

Truly Awesome!

Kermit is now confirmed Kermette!

The male is a female...I never checked because it was purchased for the fiancé as a pet!

Thanks for the heads up by more than a few friends!

I guess next year I'll be looking for a male!
