I have always been told to feed all of my frogs a certain amount of food every 2-3 days. I have been thinking about it and am wondering if it would be better to feed them a smaller portion of food every day, rather than a few large feedings a week. Say, instead of feeding 6 crickets every 3 days, instead feed 2 crickets every day. In the wild, animals would probably not encounter a feast of several insects one day and then not see any for 3 more days. It is more likely that they would happen across 1 or 2 most days. (I do realize that wild amphibians don’t eat nearly as well as captive ones) What do you think?
