My Daytona find-opinions wanted

All I was told was goini. Thought they looked pretty killer. Not something I went there to find, but $50 for the pair I think I did well.

I hope it doesn't disappoint you that it seems obvious those are crosses between Goini and Brooks or something similar.
I work with this cross and find the babies to be some of the coolest I produce. Did the entire clutch look like this? I ask because it seems if you do a cross, and then breed it back to a pure form the babies more often resemble each other more than the incredible variation seen from the first generation.
I would have bought those in a second myself. He must have been hurting for a sale!

I'm not disappointed at all. They all pretty much looked like this. I got them from Bruce Skipper. We have been friends for quite a few years. He said he sold the adults about three days before the eggs hatched. I thought they might be crosses. I was just not sure. Been a while since I followed Florida kings.

I have several of those myself, babies are striking and variable just as Tom said. You got a incredible deal, going price for em is usually more than double that for that quality. BTW, they are HYPO, getting that gene from the Brooksi. Good luck with them!
