My Daytona bargins

Jeff Tillis Aug 24, 2010 08:04 AM

There were some deals at Daytona this year. Here are some of the pits I purchased.

Killer pair of Stillwater hypos from Suffolk Reptiles. Female is well started 2009 I bought for $125. The kicker is they threw in a hatchling male of my choice for free.

Also picked up a pair of 66 percent possible het albino cape gophers from Suffolk for $50. Here is one of them. The other still has not shed.

This is the pair of snow San Diego gophers I picked up from Reptile Kingdom.

These are not pits but I will show them off anyway.

Yep, there were a lot of steals at the show. I bought a spider tortoise for $400 which normally goes for 600-900 dollars. The smart thing is to look at the entire show first because I also saw vendors selling the same exact stuff for half the price of other vendors. Overall the expo was great. It was my first time there and I'll probably go again next year.

Jeff,

That's funny you posted these pics, cause I saw your female you have posted first thing when the show opened, debated a few times, then went back to possibly buy her, and you had grabbed her!! HAHA!!!!

She is gorgeous my friend!

All your snakes you picked up are awesome!

I actually later on picked up two female 2010 Stillwater hypo bulls from Jonnie Ballentine at the show, and I could not be happier.

Keep us posted with pics of all of your awesome pits!
