Very nice clutch indeed!

It would now be a good idea to separate them before they eventually start disappearing one by one as they become hungry and looking at each other as potential meals.

They are known to sometimes ovulate and breed at a fairly small size(around 2 plus feet), but if you have fed her decently she will be PLENTY big enough at 2 years old to breed successfully, and be substantially larger than that.

She should be well beyond that size at close to two years, so you shouldn't have any problem at all breeding her at that age.

Usually the very small one's are females that are coming up on their first year(20 months or so).

Good luck with the breeding success!

Is that from breeding to hatchlings or egg incubating time? Either way those are some nice looking babies. Do you know where they are from or are they generic?

Thanks! And thats 90 days of incubation time. I purchased both parents as "sc locale" but I have no way of knowing so I'm labeling them as generic.

Congratulations - nice looking batch of Easterns there! Some of them look like they have a high number of bands. It would be cool to see the adults. I've always loved Eastern Kings.

Here's one I'm growing up from Montgomery Co. NC lineage:
