its hard to say when their young..but it looks like it could be a Brazilian yellow head or a cobalt ..any idea who the breeder was?

I would say cobalt, the legs look a little too dark blue for it to be a patrica.
Thats just my two cents.

The blue is super dark... almost blackish. I just altered the photo a bit to make it easier to see.
