Infertile Eggs: 5 clutches

Help! I have had five separate breeding pairs produce eggs over the last 6 months. All of the clutches were infertile. One female gave 8 slugs, one had eggs with veins that disappeared, and the other 3 gave eggs with no veins. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
