A man was
crossing a 6 lane highway carrying a puppy when they were struck by a
"dark sedan". Both man and dog were killed. The driver left the scene.

Police were begging for eye witnesses as they only had a "dark sedan"
for a description. It was on every news show in the area the entire end
of the week.

Tonight (Friday) thanks to a Crimestoppers anonymous tip, they arrested
a woman, Heather Williams, from Moore SC.

According to the news, this person was a finalist in a PETA "Sexiest
Vegetarian" contest a couple of years ago.

She's due to be arraigned later tonight.
