The one around my fingers is a north Carolina I got from Mark (Crimson King), with a near perfect pattern. The othe one is a S Ga wide banded male I just got. He used to be a guitar, lol! I'm working on getting him a female with the other half of the guitar.

beautiful animals. While the 3rd greyband is getting alot of love and deservedly so, the 4th alterna is very stunning. thanx for sharing. Dave.

a153fish Sep 05, 2010 09:15 AM

Thank You Dave! Yeah that fourth one is what got the ball rolling on these. It's from Blue or blu-ish parents. But the breeder did not have any females, and one of his breeders (I forget if male or female) died. He kept a sibling pair to mine and I got the last male. Perplexed I started looking for females. I first found the trio of East Sandersons as a group package at a steal of a price. I did not realize they woul;d get so dark, but they are growing on me very much. Then I saw the female advertised and gathered my pennies and bought her. My plan obviously is to line breed using this male, in hopes of getting more blues, light or dark I don't care.

Yeah, that guy is incredible. good luck with the breeding project. That is what makes greybands so special, it seems no 2 are alike. Dave.

Very Impressive assortment!

Really like this animal

a153fish Sep 05, 2010 05:10 PM

That is one of three adult normal Brooks I got from Mike Russo. I wouldn't call them normal but they aren't het for anything.
