I was looking at my female auratus today....man she is so ugly If she wasn't such a egg machine id love to get rid of her. Her off spring are cute though. I think its because shes wild caught that she looks so darn ugly. Any one else have ugly frogs?

As my grandma used to say, "Pretty is as pretty does." Apparently the guy frogs don't think she's ugly. Is it just her color?

......just be thankful that she's healthy and pumping out eggs for you......post a pic if you can of this 'ugly frog'.....I'm curious.......
the other thing you could try is giving her a kiss......she might turn into a beautiful princess!!.....

I have 4 kahlua and creams they were kinda when they were younger but are starting to change color and are starting to look better.I went to your site and see that you have some bicolors,how do you like them? I'm getting 4 this week ,I hope, and am really pumped! How many do you have and how big of a tank are they in ?
