Some of you older members might have seen these before, but I have not been on this forum for ages so I decided to post them again. Here they are:

The first day I got him. Such a sad sight. He was all skinny and under fed.

About a week after I got him, he developed this nasty eye infection. I was worried to say the least.

After a good month of treating the eye infection with meds, it was totally defeated. My uro, Karu (meaning "desert" in Finnish), was getting to be in better health and his color was getting brighter.

Another month rolled by and his color and health was steadily improving.

This is the most recent picture I have of him, I need to take another. But you can see that he is now quite healthy and extremely bright yellow. That is one beautiful lizard.
I'll take some new pictures after he finishes his first shed completely. Right now his skin has that before-shed grey color. I expect to see some amazing color when he is finished.
Here is his cage:

Do you think this is enough room to house another female uro? If not, I can make a new cage of the same size for her. That may be the best. I really want to get into breeding these uros. Ever since I saw the pics of them hatching on the Deerfernfarms page, I had to breed them. I've already bred leopard geckos successfully so I am equipped to handle Uro eggs.
So, what do you all think?
