1.1 Howard Draw Blairs....

Jlassiter Sep 12, 2010 07:13 PM

I picked up a pair of Howard Draw alterna from Stu Tennyson this weekend and traded the female for one from Michael Price's line.....Now I have two different bloodlines from this locale....

I believe these to be pretty darn good examples of perfect blairs......

Male pictured in first two pics.....Female in last two pics...

We (lance and I) produce 2 clutches of hodraws this year.
f1xf1 (4 good babies)
wcxwc (4 good babies)

We will most likely keep them all for now. They look really nice.

Seems that Mexican Black Kingsnakes do not make good cage-mates?

Pictured here with one of our Howard Draw babies.

I am guessing that neo-nate was already a goner when you gave it to the MBK?

Oh yes... we would never sacrifice an alterna unless it has already passed into the unknown...

Thanks,

StevenX

Oh, my apologies,

I just jumped to a early conclusion then. I am sorry Mr Benton for the prejudgement. Thought he was still alive.

It was a matter of mixing in a little "waste not want not" with a little "shock and awe"

If you like I have another picture I can share where she cleaned up after a Mex-mex?

That works for me. I am open to seeing new pics. If I knew that Howard Draw was already dead, I would have kept my mouth shut, lol.

stevenxowens792 Sep 16, 2010 08:19 AM

just ignore lance...

Best Wishes,

StevenX

After Lance said that he was a goner, I was relieved. I thought it was viable snake and that was why I reacted the way I did.

The female I got from you ate a lizard last night. Still waiting on the one I kept from my clutch.
