nope
different feeding regimens different genetics (lare parents small parents) just too many factors. There really is no way to judge age...well unless the snake is young. You can usually tell if a snake is in it's first year...But I have seen some yearling corns that are larger then average two year olds and I have seen two or three year old corns that hardly look older then average year olds.
