Either the babies are ready to come out right now or she needs to be soaked because she is backed up.

possibly, if she is, she is gonna drop any minute now, as her tail is bent at an angle, usually seems they are trying to hold in for another day or two....once that tail is like that, they usually drop real soon. She also if prego, seems to have pushed all the babies to the end, so any minute or day now she should pop.
if she isnt prego, well thats gonna be a big nice present shes gonna leave ya, but hopefully she is prego.
