Website works fine. Are you using IE? Verify you've not blocked the site with your browser and try again.

I talked to Ali a little over a year ago, everything seamed fine. They have posted as recently as 2 Sep on facebook. I don't see anything to suggest a turn of bad fortune for the company.

The last 2 racks I have owned the heat cable BURNT up. Shorted.
I had to add 11" flexwatt to the cages.

Just something to think about before buying.
