There are a lot of great breeders these days! It all depends on what your looking for exactly. But consider this...once you buy the snake whatever it is, the snake becomes your responsibility. Yes, you can call the breeder and get advice and suggestions but you should be more concerned about being the best keeper. If you are prepared it won't matter a whole lot who you buy from. Of course you don'y want to get ripped off, but in general any breeder can sell you a great snake. Just my opinoin

That's a good answer 153fish. I think most of the information on corn snakes can be obtained from Don Soderberg's or Kathy Love's book. As a potential pet owner, it's your responsibility to do "your homework" and have a general idea of how to take care of the animal BEFORE you purchase it.
Breeders don't necessarily want to be bombarded with questions that can easily be obtained from one of the inexpensive books on the market written by experts.
I bought 5 corns snakes this year from three different breeders and I'd recommend any of them. There's a lot of good ones out there and many of them post regularly on this forum.

Eaugallie, you have a prime candidate right there, imo! Tim is very knowledgable, and has some killer Corns! But in fairness, like he said so do many others who post here quite frequently.

There is no single "best". Each one may be outstanding in different areas.
I personally very much prefer breeders who provide individual pics of the animals they are selling. Nonetheless, I have purchased snakes both last year and this year from breeders who don't do that. You've just got to make a mental list of the characteristics that are most important to YOU, and then search for breeders who match YOUR list.
If you want a general feel for how reputable a breeder might be, the "Board of Inquiry" pages on faunaclassifieds.com is a good place to check. That won't tell you *everything* you need to know, but it at least provides a baseline on whether people have been ripped off or had great experiences.

2.0 Brazilian rainbow boas (Arco, Olho)
1.3.1 Honduran milksnakes (Chicchan, Chanir, Chakar, Hari, Saksak)
1.0 Thayeri kingsnake (Coatl)
0.0.1 Mexican black kingsnake (Mora)
2.4.4 corns (Cetto, Tolosa, Uce, TBA)

There are many good breeders out there. Go back through about six months worth of the Cornsnake Forum and read some of the posts. Lots of these same people who post here also breed cornsnakes. Truth is, you cannot beat a nice Okeetee cornsnake for a cool and beautiful snake. Simple as that. If they were rare or exotic, they would cost a fortune. We are very fortunate that they are commonly available, eat well, and are very forgiving captives. Tough as nails and gorgeous!

I'm going to have to agree with the others. You could probably click on just about any names on this forum and find a good knowledgeable breeder.
My suggestion is think about what you are looking for...normal, okeetee, amelanistic, anerythristic, ghost, bloodred lavender, whatever and once you have it narrowed down you can start checking to see who might work with that particular morph.
There are over 70 varieties so the choice can be difficult...but fun.
There are sponsor links at the top of the page and a lot of the people that post here have web sites that can be checked out.
I know there are several that posted answers to your question that I wouldn't hesitate to buy from.
