HOLY COW!!! ...kind of like Thayeri in their pattern variation from blotched to ringed --- guess that might apply to milks too then.
Are those as rare as M. b. bellus?

Yes they are about even rare, only this species was bred this year for the first time in captivity, these are captive bred babies. And bellus bellus was never bred.
