Paradox Albino

My friends hatched out a paradox albino this year and I am just wondering how common is a paradox albino? She is mostly albino with just a few places of normal showing through.

They pop up from time to time, but don't seem to be genetic. The only genetic paradox albino that I know of is the Kenyan Sand Boa. They are really neat and recessive just like the albino trait.
