Nice snakes man.
Who did you acquire your Loma Alta from?
Hope that all is well.
I got him as a hatchling from Mike Russo in 2008. =)

Both of your snakes are definitely lookers. Do you have plans on breeding either one of them? Those the only alternas you have? I need to put some pics of my children up on here.
Thanks! They are definitely lookers. The xmas mtn will probably be jet black with the bright orange I'd give it one more year till it does! I am not in a hurry to breed them but yes I do plan to in about 3 to 5 years depending on my financial situation. It would be a waste not to. I do need somebody who would be willing to teach me how to sex snakes. I know only experts should do it but a rookie breeder has to start somewhere right?
I am sure the people who know how to now was taught by someone else and that someone else was taught by another person. =)

Anytime man.
Like you, I am rather new to breeding Gray Banded Kingsnakes myself. I know how to sex snakes, however, I have never tried to sex them myself because of concerns that I may injure my snakes. I intend on talking to some of the people at the local reptile store so that I can gain some hands on experience on sexing my snakes. Good luck.

Thanks for the link to the video. I have seen it before, but I would use that as a reference after someone demonstrates it to me in person to prevent any severe injuries to the snake. I appreciate it!

Hey Tony,
I just sent you a email message. The first one I am not sure if you are going to get because I sent you the wrong email address by mistake. The second one I am sure you are going to get.
Hey Jay, never received an email from you as of yet. I like the idea of trying to ask someone in a reptile store who is an experienced breeder to demonstrate it.
