Biggest litter ever, maybe, possibly...

Long story sort of short.
Im in australia at the moment, last week china.
I spend the last 10 days in finland trying to get everything ready with the snakes to go away for 2 weeks.
Everything was organised, with my last female due the day before i got home. She had other ideas....
I have a new snake room, and this is where the saga begin.
I have 3 people looking after the snakes while away, one snake guy, to clean any mess up (very knowledgeable guy, and can fix anything while im away), plus my best mate (non snake guy), and my sister in law (even less snake girl
My sister in law, rings us while im in beijing, she had stuck her heasd in the snake room, to check on everything, and told us there was an escaped snake. Originally, i was annoyed, as i thought everything was finally snake proof, but wasnt that fussed, it couldnt get out of the snake room, and my snake mate would find whenever he came around. Ended up ringing best mate anyway, and he said he would go take a look.
Turns out it was my gravid girl, and he found 2 babies in her hide box and one slug. He said he checked everywhere and there was nothing else to be found. But that she looked thin now
I told him to keep checking, she was going to be having more than 2!!!
An hour later, he rang saying he found 4 more under the garbage bin, 30nmins later, 3 under a cage.
5hrs later, 7 phone calls from china, probably 200 euro in international phonecalls, and the searching of a 350sqft room, final count was 1 slug, 29 healthy and fiesty babies.....
By the end, there was my best mate, and the snake guy, searching at 11pm for these babies, they 95% sure they found them all, and were thankful ALL my cages and racks were finally on wheels.
Im annoyed she got out, but i really didnt know whether to laugh or cry with this whole debacle going on....
live and learn...

cheers

ps - if i owe you snake money, or emails back. There coming, ive had terrible internet access since ive been away, and will be back in finland in 7 days.

pps- have a bunch of snake pictures to show you aswell , after visiting sydney wildlife world, and beijing zoo (which must have the worlds biggest burm cage!!!)

WOW! That is quite a story... and quite a litter!! Congrats! Perhaps another one will peek out from some nook when you get home, lol.

Looking forward to seeing pics of the new babies, and from your travels.

Exactly what I was thinking, really cannot be a lot more to find but I'd go through the whole room myself looking in every nook and cranny.

Congrats on a very decent sized litter!!!!
