Dubia roaches

Well my local pet store started a dubia colony and was able to sell me 3 male adults. My dragons gobbled them up before I got to look. He says colonies are easy to keep but barely has any to sell he started with 4 females and 1 male. How well do colonies keep when feeding 2 or 3 Beardies? how much space do they need? any other info or leads to info or tips is always cool.
