After having a hatch-ling alterna that just refused unscented for a while, he finally took an unscented tonight! It took a lot of teasing and work, not to mention I tried something different and was trying to feed him in an almost pitch black room. I also kept switching an unscented and a washed pinkie near his face and he struck the unscented and started swallowing.

My question is, if the hatchling takes an unscented, will it continue on taking unscented pinks from now on? The alterna has never had lizard meals nor lizard scented pinks for the record. Not only that but that unscented pinkie he ate was in fact his first meal.

Hope to hear any thoughts! =)
