Feeding veiled blended fruit

switchy85 Sep 25, 2003 07:07 PM

I read in a few places online that chameleons might like certain blended up fruits such as apples and blueberries. They said you could either blend it up yourself (minus seeds, of course) or get some apple baby food. We got the baby food, but how do you make them try it? OUr chameleon used to like licking anything metal, so we tried a sanitized spoon but nothing happened. She wouldn't even open her mouth. She also wouldn't take it off of our fingers. Does anyone know of a method that works? Maybe somehow dousing a cricket in applesauce?

If I fond it again I will post it.
