Has anybody found this stuff anywhere? I'm looking for it online out of curiosity and haven't found it. Can anyone help me out? I appreciate it!

Gosh that material is great. It will even hold screws (sheet metal screws) so well that there is no problem fastening radiant heat panels and other devices to the ceiling.

I never tried building with it, but I purchased a cage from someone who used it with great success. Again, awesome material for boids. I wouldn't bother with the expense for colubrids however. Colubrids just do not need the characteristics (namely insulation, strength, size) that the material offers.

Just remember to get the accessories - the edge pieces (U-shape extrusion), the 90 deg angle extrusions, etc. Regular old PVC pipe cement works great, bet there is another adhesive that gives you more setup time. A guy at a sign shop sold it to me. He uses it for acrylic mainly, but he said it would work on PVC. I tried a test, and it bonded the PVC nicely and had a much longer time where you can adjust the pieces being glued. I forgot what it is, but plastics companies sell it.
