just curious but how many crix do you feed your adult bearded dragons and how often.also hoiw much do you feed tyhem grerens and how often. thanks

They should have a variety of greens everyday. As an adult, they should eat 80% greens and 20% protein. Too many crix/worms can cause fatty liver disease.
I feed my adults protein 2-3 x a week.
