Hatchling elapsoides

Dniles Oct 04, 2010 07:43 PM

Here are some Palm Beach county FL elapsoides hatching out as we speak. This is my first time producing these. They are incredibly bright and incredibly small as you might imagine...

And here is a quick snap of the dam so you see what the white bands will turn into - a nice deep yellow

NICE Dave! Those boogers are TINY. Let me know how the feedings work out since I'll be giving those Liberty Co animals a go in the spring!

Sweet post Dave, and great looking litttle serpents. I think those would be fun to work with in a masochistic kind of enjoyment. Good luck w/ them.

Those are absolutely GORGEOUS Dave!.....big congrats on those guys man!

Those remind me of exacly what mine looked like many years ago when I produced a few clutches. They are so pretty and tiny it really leaves you in awe to stare at those tiny little gems.

Way to go man!

Nice looking (=amazing) critters, Dave! Seriously killer stuff.

I've been super busy lately, and haven't had the chance to get hold of you (or post much on the forum), but we ought to chat about those animals you were interested in...

Super small neonate Dave!

If you have some non-feeders, send them to me and I'll release them in a special place where I know they will be safe (from humans).

Good luck with them!

Is it just me or is the head shape significantly different in the FL locale and the coastal NC locale? Would love to see pics of the two side by side.

Also really cool that the bands will turn that bright yellow. Nice!

Glad to see success with those Dave. Awesome job man.
Sorry I missed your call a few days ago. The wife and I were busy exploring a series of Spanish missions out in South Texas....
