Elvis's family tree just got bigger!!!!

WOOHOOOOOOOOOOooooooo.........

Savannah has been giving me fits this year. I kept going back and forth between thinking she was not gravid to guarded optimism there could be a small litter in her belly. Up until a few days ago I had not found one single fetal heart tone. Even then I only found one or two and was expecting mostly slugs or worse.

This morning on my "rounds" before leaving for work I saw several babies in her cage up against the glass. Only enough time to pull them and get a quick count of 11 babies and 5 slugs!!! Got a few pics in the camera and of course will get pics of the communal tub later today. They look GREAT, just dripping with color!!!

I guess I don't have it all figured out and I still get some pleasant surprises!!! Works for me!!!

Awesome.... congrats Dave! I can't wait to see those pics.

There must be something with Savannah. Out of my 4 Fluffy babies, only one is from Savannah. That one by far has the most saturated color!

I have to agree with you. Every litter she's produced for me has had stunning, saturated with color babies. Thinking I should name the line after her - Savannah line babies.

And she was my "rescue"!!! Go figure!

You can finally stop holding your breath. It's nice to see that she had a decent litter. She always produces stunning babies.

Thanks Zach, this pairing has the most following of any pair I've ever had. Last years babies were on a whole new level and this years look to be the same.

More like all of them calling out any of my fingers names. I got bit four times by three snakes just taking one baby out of the pile to weigh it and put it away!!
